Beekeeping- The Old Country House Cutout - June 2017
This video is from a second cutout completed at an old country farm house which was going to be torn down. This cutout from setup to completion took about 5 hours. I think we moved around 6 pounds plus of bees from this colony which were vacuumed up in my bee vac. Lesson learned from this cutout, bring adequate lighting to help illuminate the work area. I thought the light from the windows would work but I luckily had a flashlight with me to help us see what we were needing to accomplish.
