A Lap of the Monaco Formula 1 Circuit in an Ordinary Car - 3x Time Lapse

The Monaco Grand Prix is perhaps one of the most famous motor races in the World. The Formula 1 circuit runs on ordinary streets and, when the race is not in town, can be driven by ordinary road cars. On race day, there are some modifications done, such as installing safety barriers and removing some street furniture. There are also sections where you can't follow the course precisely due to the race gong the wrong way around traffic islands, or the wrong way around the Monte Carlo casino plaza - and there's a section at Nouvelle Chicane where we have to follow a parallel road for a short section - but otherwise the rest of the route is drivable.

This lap took me 15 minutes, 50.7 seconds, a time that the formula 1 cars would have been able to do about 13.5 laps. I've edited this into a 3x time lapse video, with some very congested parts timelapsed further up to 15x around the Casino itself.
