Multifidus vs. Erectors
In this video segment of Dooley Noted, I discuss the difference between healthy lordosis and hyperlordosis, as well as erectors (iliocostalis) rotating the spine to the same side versus multifidus rotating the spine toward the opposite side.
Using overhead reach and prone ASLR, we can watch functional differences and discuss how to differentiate the multifidus and erectors in muscle testing.
