Sartorius and Knee Pain

In this video segment of Dooley Noted, Tom Wood and I discuss the sartorius and how this long muscle plays a role in knee pain.

By encouraging pronation at the tibia and supination at the femur, this muscle needs to work well on all its axes to prevent saphenous nerve irritation and torquing of the tibia relative to the pelvis.
