StabilityWOD 40: Multifidus Activation Standing
Getting your Multifidus muscle back online is simple but not easy. Especially after injury where pain and inflammation are involved. While doing this lying down is ideal, sometimes standing works better and carries over more easily into function. This is a great starting point that will allow you to evaluate its function as you train better timing and firing.
