StabilityWOD 38: Multifidus Activation
Multifidus is a SUPER important stability muscle. When it's shut down it can be responsible for persistent disc pain, sciatica, facet joint pain, general low back pain, and even hip, knee, and lower leg problems. Yes it's that important. However, it's very difficult to teach in person, much less on YouTube. I know this video is epically long, but if you have pain that has been around a while, watch the whole video. It may just be the answer you've been looking for.
