. Listen was released in June 1967. It’s also known as Invites You To Listen, although the true exact name is unclear. This is a sealed mono original.

Listen is infamous for Ray Charles's experiments with singing falsetto on several songs. It also features the first Beatles cover he did in "Yesterday". "Yesterday" would be the second single from the LP. The first, "Here We Go Again", was another lovely country tune, released in April 1967.

The songs on Listen were arranged by Ray's long-time collaborator Sid Feller. Standards by the likes of Irving Berlin and the Gershwins also appear on Listen. Copies of Listen are readily available.
