Relieve Back Tension with Sliding Leg

Relieve a chronic, tight back or back pain through this guided movement lesson based on the Feldenkrais Method®. Use a couch or bench for sliding one leg in a small, gentle movement to improve alignment and ease of legs in hip joints and improve lower back coordination with legs. While this lesson is a bit longer than my other lessons, it's very relaxing and long-lasting! This gentle lesson can be very helpful for healing whiplash, falls, sacrum injury, back strain, spasm, disc injury, hip joint problems (though be careful with hypermobility of spine in getting down to the floor and up again-- work with a professional).

Be extra careful coming up from the floor-- take time to move slowly.
