"Floss" Upper Back: Improve Posture & Ease

This unusual exercise by Annie Thoe, Feldenkrais Practitioner guides this "Floss the spine" lesson to improve spine stability, tone and strength for neck support as well as relieve chronic tension and stiffness in back and neck. These gentle movements to relieve upper back tension also help heal neck and whiplash injury. If you have have had a history of neck, head, ear or shoulder injury, please do this video at a much slower speed or consult with a professional practitioner who can guide you safely.
