⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐食譜内的藍莓是凍藍莓,如果用新鮮的,請在拌入藍莓時動作輕柔,否則藍莓很容易爛掉,muffin烤好就沒那麽漂亮。
⭐食譜使用的是含糖的希臘酸奶,如果用原味酸奶可以多加20g普通麵粉。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在配方裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。請大家从烤箱中取出Muffin之前,最好先用竹簽從Muffin最厚的地方插到底,拔出來非常乾净,才取出Muffin,否則需要繼續烘烤。
⭐如果Muffin上色比較早,可提早在Muffin上蓋上一層烤爐紙,繼續用原來的溫度烘烤。
⭐Muffin烤好放涼后,用塑料袋裝起來放到明天依然柔軟。

⭐Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, cada uno de unos 60 g.
⭐Los arándanos de la receta son arándanos congelados. Si usa arándanos frescos, tenga cuidado al mezclarlos, de lo contrario, los arándanos se romperán fácilmente y el muffin no quedará tan hermoso después de hornear.

300g/2cups frozen blueberries
