⭐食譜内的酵母是速溶酵母,如果用活性乾酵母,用量是速溶酵母的2倍,需要用溫牛奶或溫水和糖活化。

130g/130ml de leche a temperatura ambiente
75g/75ml de claras de huevo a temperatura ambiente (aproximadamente 2 claras de huevo)16g/1cucharada de leche condensada
3g/0.8cucharaditas de levadura instantánea
5g/1cucharadita de sal

Horno precalentado a 160℃/325℉ para hornear durante unos 38 minutos
