⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是特大鷄蛋,每個大約66g。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在配方裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐如果蛋糕上色比較早,可提早在蛋糕上蓋上一層烤爐紙,繼續用原來的溫度烘烤。

⭐ The eggs in the recipe are extra-large eggs, each about 66g.
⭐The oven must be preheated to reach the set temperature before baking.
⭐Because each oven is different, the baking temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only.
⭐If the cake got the color early, cover the cake with a layer of parchment paper early and continue to bake at the same temperature.

⭐ Los huevos de la receta son huevos extragrandes, cada uno de unos 66 g.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.
⭐Si el pastel tomó el color temprano, cubra el pastel con una capa de papel pergamino temprano y continúe horneando a la misma temperatura.

成份:(8方形活底蛋糕模)
200g/1.3杯原味酸奶
5g/1茶匙香草精
1.25g/0.25茶匙鹽
7個特大蛋黃
1個特大全蛋
110g/0.8杯低筋麵粉
70g/0.3杯切碎的蔓越莓乾
4g/1茶匙低筋麵粉
7個特大蛋白
5g/1茶匙檸檬汁
90g/0.4杯糖
20g/1湯匙蔓越莓乾(蛋糕面)

熱水(約75℃/167℉)浴,预热烤爐150℃/302℉(最下層)烤約60分鐘(烤至9分鐘時可迅速放入蔓越莓在蛋糕頂部)
Hot water (about 75℃/167℉) bath, preheat the oven to 150℃/302℉(lowest rack) and bake for about 60 minutes (After it is baked for 9 minutes, you can quickly put dried cranberries on the top of the cake )

Recipe:(8 inches square removable bottom cake mold)
200g/1.3cups plain yogurt
5g/1tsp vanilla extract
1.25g/0.25tsp salt
7 extra-large egg yolks
1 extra-large whole egg
110g/0.8cup pastry flour
70g/0.3cup chopped dried cranberries
4g/1tsp pastry flour
7 extra-large egg whites
5g/1tsp lemon juice
90g/0.4cup sugar
20g/1tbsp dried cranberries(for surface)

Receta: (Molde de pastel de fondo cuadrado extraíble de 8 pulgadas)
200g/1.3 tazas de yogur natural
5g/1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1.25g/0.25 cucharaditas de sal
7 yemas de huevo extragrandes
1 huevo entero extra grande
110g/0.8 taza de harina de repostería
70g/0.3 taza de arándanos secos picados
4g/1 cucharadita de harina de repostería
7 claras de huevo extragrandes
5g/1 cucharadita de jugo de limón
90g/0.4 taza de azúcar
20g/1 cucharada de arándanos secos (para la superficie)

Baño de agua caliente (aproximadamente 75℃/167℉), precaliente el horno a 150℃/302℉ (rejilla más baja) y hornee por aproximadamente 60 minutos (después de hornear durante 9 minutos, puede poner rápidamente los arándanos secos en la parte superior del el pastel )
