⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在食譜裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐如果蛋糕上色比較早,可提早在蛋糕上蓋上一層烤爐紙,繼續用原來的溫度烘烤。

⭐ The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, each about 60g.
⭐The oven must be preheated to reach the set temperature before baking.
⭐Because each oven is different, the baking temperature and time in the recipe are for reference only.
⭐If the cake got the color early, cover the cake with a layer of parchment paper early and continue to bake at the same temperature.

⭐ Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, cada uno de unos 60 g.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.
⭐Si el pastel tomó el color temprano, cubra el pastel con una capa de papel pergamino temprano y continúe horneando a la misma temperatura.

成份:9寸空心不粘模/8寸方模
蛋黃乳酪糊:(一半做原味蛋糕,另一半做巧克力蛋糕)
400g/1.6杯奶油奶酪
70g/5湯匙無鹽牛油
160g/160ml牛奶
40g/2.5湯匙糖
8個大蛋黃

原味蛋糕:
35g/4湯匙低筋麵粉
30g/2.5湯匙玉米澱粉

巧克力蛋糕:
35g/4湯匙低筋麵粉
10g/1.3湯匙可可粉

蛋白霜:(一半做原味蛋糕,另一半做巧克力蛋糕)
8個大蛋白
5g/1茶匙檸檬汁
80g/0.35杯糖

水浴,把熱水放入烤爐一起预热至160℃/325℉,放入蛋糕(最下層)轉135℃/275℉烤約60分鐘,再轉180℃/350℉烤約5分鐘上色

Recipe:9inches tube non-stick mold/8inches square mold
Egg yolk cheese batter: (half for original cake, the other half for chocolate cake)
400g/1.6cups cream cheese
70g/5tbsps unsalted butter
160g/160ml milk
40g/2.5tbsps sugar
8 large egg yolks

Original cake:
35g/4tbsps pastry flour
30g/2.5tbsps cornstarch

chocolate cake:
35g/4tbsps pastry flour
10g/1.3tbsp cocoa powder

Meringue: (half of the original cake, the other half of the chocolate cake)
8 large egg whites
5g/1tsp lemon juice
80g/0.35cup sugar

In the water bath, put the hot water into the oven and preheat it to 160℃/325℉, put the cake (lowest layer), turn 135℃/275℉ and bake for about 60 minutes, then turn 180℃/350℉ and bake for about 5 minutes for coloring

Receta: Molde antiadherente de tubo de 9 pulgadas / molde cuadrado de 8 pulgadas
Masa de queso con yema de huevo: (la mitad para el pastel original, la otra mitad para el pastel de chocolate)
400g/1.6tazas de queso crema
70g/5cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal
160g/160ml de leche
40g/2.5 cucharadas de azúcar
8 yemas de huevo grandes

Pastel original:
35g/4cucharadas de harina de repostería
30g/2.5cucharadas de maicena

pastel de chocolate:
35g/4cucharadas de harina de repostería
10g/1.3cucharada de cacao en polvo

Merengue: (la mitad del bizcocho original, la otra mitad del bizcocho de chocolate)
8 claras de huevo grandes
5g/1cucharadita de jugo de limón
80g/0.35taza de azúcar

En el baño de agua, poner el agua caliente en el horno y precalentarlo a 160℃/325℉, poner el bizcocho (capa más baja), girar 135℃/275℉ y hornear durante unos 60 minutos, luego girar 180℉/350℉ y hornee durante unos 5 minutos para colorear
