We’re jumping into a tough new workout with one of our favorite pieces of underrated training equipment - a jump rope!

The jump rope is the ultimate at-home tool for developing faster feet, burning through calories, and strengthening your brain-body connection. When used alongside resistance bands, jumping rope adds even more cardio to an already intense workout and helps take the workout to the next level. Let’s jump right into it:

-Standard Jump Rope
-Resisted Squats
-Side to Side Jump Rope
-Deadlift
-High Knee Jump Rope
-Split Squat
