Workout: Glutes and Core Crusher!

- 25 minutes
- 20 seconds on, 20 second break
- 3x circuits with 1:30 rest in between each

Exercise 1: Band Core Rotation (20 seconds each side)
Exercise 2: Banded Glute Bridge (20 seconds)
Exercise 3: Pallof Press (20 seconds each side)
Exercise 4: Alternating Punches with Foot Fire (20 seconds)
Exercise 5: Cross-Body Single-Arm Row (20 seconds each side)
Exercise 6: Heiden Hops (20 seconds)
Exercise 7: Pallof Lateral Walks (20 seconds each side)
Exercise 8: Front Planks with Resisted Foot Taps (20 seconds)
