Lat Movement: Neutral Grip Cable Pulldown
POINTS OF PERFORMANCE:
-Use a neutral bar, or setup with D-handles on a straight bar
-During the stretch at the top, REACH from the lats, as to avoid letting the shoulders shrug up to the ears
-Elbows drive in by the sides
-Focus on driving the elbows DOWN to engage lats
-Keep midline braced down (to maintain a neutral spine)
