DB FOAM ROLLER HACK SQUAT | LAURIE CHRISTINE KING

If you want a gnarly (and fun) way to work the quads, meet the DB Foam Roller Hack Squat! If no access to a foam roller, you could also use an exercise ball, skateboard, or even a towel behind your back to help you slide up and down.

In order to prioritize working the quad muscles, you'll want to position feet that so your knees are intentionally tracking over the toes as you descend. Make sure to keep upper body engaged, as it can be easy to see people drop their chest as they get tired (or if weights are too heavy!)
