How to make Kyoto-Style Shoyu Ramen - 背脂醤油ラーメンの作り方 - Original Recipe

Hello, in this video I created a very traditional style of ramen that I really love from my hometown, Kyoto.

The Kyoto-Style Shoyu Ramen uses chicken and pork as soup base (no seafood). It's uniqueness is from the pork fat (seabura) that is used in the soup to create a smooth and delicious flavour without weighing the soup down or giving any greasy feeling.

The noodles used are also cooked slightly softer so that they absorb the flavours of the soup when you are slurping them. If you wish to view more detail ways of how I make the noodle dough please watch my first Shoyu Ramen video (https://youtu.be/9uguz-LbLds).
