How to make Tori Paitan Miso Ramen (Chicken Soup Miso Ramen) 鶏白湯味噌ラーメン

Hello! In this video I will show you how to make Japanese Tori Paitan Miso Ramen (鶏白湯味噌ラーメン) with a detailed video recipe including the ramen soup, sauce (tare), noodles, toppings from scratch, as always.

For this ramen, I used Chicken Soup which took about 5 hours of boiling, using chicken bones & chicken feet. I used a mix of Koji and Shinshu Miso to create my ramen tare. While this ramen recipe is quite closed to the Hokkaido style, I used seaweed ramen oil, which is an original idea for this recipe to add some uniqueness to the usual miso ramen.
