How to make Kansai-Style Udon-Dashi Ramen - 関西風うどんラーメンの作り方 - Original Recipe

Hello! I will show you how to make Kansai-Style Udon-Dashi Ramen.

This recipe was inspired by the traditional udon which uses Kansai-Style of soup base, and no ramen oil is used. The toppings are also very similar to udon, which I use sliced beef, marinated aburaage, onsen egg and shironegi.

Compared to traditional ramen, this recipe is simple to make and takes less time!
