Today’s workout features a wonderful recipe🥣 for greater overall fitness with a workout that combines a tad of WALKING, a dash of LOW IMPACT CARDIO, and just a pinch of STANDING ABS! It’s like a perfect “casserole” of brain/body 🧠/🧍🏻‍♀️connection work!

My friends, we’re serving up fast-moving triplets today that feature walking🚶🏻‍♀️, a low impact cardio💛 move, and a standing🧍🏼‍♀️ ab exercise. The moves are challenging, but highly doable. And did I mention that we’re having FUN🎊?

While we’re WALKING today, we’re chatting about how this basic exercise can form the foundation of an effective exercise regimen (it did for me!). I share how my fitness journey gave me an understanding of realistic FITNESS RESULTS I could expect with walking, and the key🔑 ingredient to effective WEIGHT LOSS.
