8: Deficit Push Ups 4x15 (add a band for increased difficulty)
9: Bodyweight Extension 4x12
10: Chair Dips (add weight to lap or include a band for more resistance!)

12: Resistance push 3x30s
13: Squeeze press 3x10-12
14: Towel rollouts 3x10-12
15: Wax on push ups 3x10-12
