Surprised that I didn't know this... I figured it's worth a share. My guest David from Bangor, Maine is also a super host and says that he stays well-booked using the Last Minute Pricing model. I'm shifting from Smart Pricing (and keeping my Base Price medium-high) and then adding the Last Minute discounts. Makes sense because people love discounts!
