TurboTax Scam 👎 Uber Drivers

☺ SOLUTION - better help for tax time with Credit Karma! I used them... totally free.

So I caught TurboTax "red-handed" because they are advertising a low price of $59.99 to Uber drivers to do their taxes, then charging over $100 at checkout... and they have terrible to virtually no phone support when I call in to get help with this. Three hours wasted today while using their online service. The light gray (hard to read) fine print on Turbo Tax's website says "they can change the promotion at any time", which basically makes the initial offer bunk.

Absolutely terrible phone service. When you call, you get an auto-responder that calls you back then tells you to press "1" if you're available. After you press "1" it seems to not register the input and then drops your call.
