The process to get approved may require you to drive to an inspection area in your city, or make a self-made video of you and your car, including clear video and photos.

I have turned down a few applicants, for the following reasons:

1) Car was dirty inside or smelled very bad.
2) Car upholstery was falling apart, or badly ripped.
3) Couldn't speak English at all; made no attempt to speak English.
4) Did not have current license and insurance.
5) Broken headlight or taillight covers.
6) Cracks on glass areas.
7) Seatbelts not working.

Remember:
1) No major paint damage or dents on your car.
2) Clean interior with no major stains or smells.
3) No cracks on windows.
4) All windows, doors, exterior lights, wipers in working order.
5) A/C works, heat works.
6) Driver's license and current insurance.
6) Good attitude and hygiene.
