INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 egg

If you want a crispier product, use egg white only in the recipe.
