cooking oil (for frying)

Dip: UFC Gravy Sa Sarap

For Mojos:

3 pieces. sliced large potatoes
4 cups water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

For dredging:
1 pack UFC Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Breading Mix
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Cooking oil (for frying)

For Carbonara:
150 grams spaghetti noodles
3 cups water
Salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup smoked bacon
1/4 cup ham
1/4 cup sliced mushroom
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white onion, diced
Cracked black pepper
