Chicken & Mushrooms in Cream Sauce, SIMPOL!

INGREDIENTS:
Set A
3/4 kilo chicken fillets
Salt and pepper, to season chicken
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can UFC Mushroom
2 cups cooking cream

For the white wine:
¾ cup clear soda
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon white rum

For the Potatoes:
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dried rosemary
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Cooking oil, for frying potatoes
