Hi, this is Scott with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at and installing our Air Lift WirelessOne air compressor on our 2017 GMC Sierra 2500. So our neighbor today does a lot of work with their truck. They do a lot with snow plows. They haul a lot of stuff in the back of their truck. They have a fifth wheel set up, so they pull big trailers now and then.

And they wanted to get an air bag set up for theirs. So we set 'em up with a really good system that has the ability to air it up and let it up and down with just a remote. And it's a really nice setup. So say you got a bunch of weight in the back of your truck or you've got your trailer on and it just feels like it's squatting a little bit or the front end's raising up, all you have to do is just wake up your remote. Now with the remote, as you can see, we have it down on five, and all you have to do is just hit your arrow button, and that's gonna bring up the back of your truck.

Now you can do this from outside where you can see and you'll be able to level it out that way. So you have a trailer on the back or you have a lot of weight in the back and it's squatting, you can do that from outside. Or even when you're driving down the road, this is gonna be adjustable for you, whatever pressure you need in it. One thing to remember with these though is with this setup we have today, this is gonna maintain a five PSI minimum in this one. And that's what you wanna make sure and you keep in there is five PSI.

That's gonna keep your bags lasting a long time. It's just something to remember. Now with this one also, we have it set up to where all you're gonna have to do is just turn the key on and it's gonna kick on your system. And when you turn it off, you don't have to worry about it, kick it back on the way we have it set up. Now one of the nice things about the way we have this one set up is with the wire, a pink wire set up with this, what that's gonna do for us is every time we hit the key, it'll wake up our system.

But with the way that it's set up now, when you turn on the key, it's gonna maintain five PSI in the bags every time you hit the key. So if you don't have anything in there, it's always gonna make sure that it has five PSI in there. Another nice thing about this as well is you can run this inside your cab. You can have this up on your visor, just like you would a garage door opener or something like this. And anytime you touch one of these buttons, it's gonna wake up the remote and you're ready to use it. Another nice thing about this setup is you can also get an app where you can control everything through your app or your remote. So that's a really nice option as well. So with all that being said, let's go ahead and get in the shop and we'll take a look at it. So to give you an idea of what your Air Lift easy-mount air compressor's gonna look like on your truck, this will give you an idea how this one is mounted up. One thing I really like about this one is how easy it is to mount up. This one, we didn't have to drill into our frame at all. With this one, it has a U-bolt clamp system that goes around the back of our frame and mounts up our whole compact system.
