5 Minute Warm-up - Before ANY Workout!

You can use this quick 5-minute warm up to get ready for any type of workout: running, biking, bodyweight training or heading to the gym. It doesn't take much time, but your muscles will thank you. If you don't take the time to do a proper warm up, you could run the risk of injury -- not fun! So take the time, do this warm-up before you work out!
