Tennis Elbow Pain Relief (Key Brain-Based Strategies!)
If you're struggling with tennis elbow pain, you're not alone. This condition, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a common problem that can cause significant pain and disability. It can often make even incredibly simple everyday activities like lifting a cup of coffee or turning a doorknob into an excruciating experience.
While there are a number of different training and rehabilitative options available for tennis elbow, not all of them are equally effective. However in recent years, brain-based approaches have been shown to be particularly helpful in reducing pain and improving function.
