As already mentioned, this HIIT cardio workout has NO BREAKS, but take it at your own pace and listen to your body. Be sure to pause and/or takes breaks as needed, but make sure you finish the workout. The more you do this HIIT workout at home, the more strength and endurance you will build, so add this workout to your weekly routine in place of the treadmill, bike or elliptical machine.

Everyone is on their own personal fitness journey so don't ever compare yourself to what others are able to do, or not do — especially in this workout. You'll see me STRUGGLE along with you on this one, especially towards the end. The only person you are in competition with is yourself, so go hard, listen to your body and be proud that you are investing in your body + health.

The format for this 30 min HIIT workout no equipment is as follows:

Perform each exercise for 45 secs without any rest between exercises. Let's get that heart rate up and burn some calories! Exercises listed below:
