Shell Pasta Salad with Salmon | Homemade Food by Amanda
Hello foodies, this week we are making a meal that is very healthy and quick. If you are thinking a weekday lunch prep, try this recipe! I am using canned salmon in this recipe but you can substitute with tuna. Happy cooking!
[Shell Pasta Salad with Salmon]
250g shell pasta
200g canned salmon
2 cups of arugula
1 cups of cherry tomato (halved)
1/4 cup pitted olives
2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Some salt, pepper to taste
