1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
2 tbsp butter (Melted)
1 tbsp butter/ vegetable oil to grease the pan

1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
