Strawberry Loaf Cake (how to make easy strawberry bread) | Homemade Food by Amanda

Hello Foodies, Valentine's Day is coming! I have got some strawberries idea ready to share with you. This strawberry loaf cake is very moisture. If you like to have some texture of strawberry in the cake then don't blend the strawberry for too long.
Serve with ice- cream or drizzle some white chocolate on top!

[Strawberry Loaf Cake]
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup crushed almonds and walnuts
