2 months of daily calisthenics...... 48 years old
Trained every day this month except for one. Settled in on a routine of push-up variations, pull up variations, planks, static shrugs, bodyweight squats, and dips. Losing body fat is still the main focus. Waist is a hair over 34 inches. Ultimately 32 is realistic. Fasting every single day for at least 18 hours, usually more.
