5 months calisthenics only....48 years old
March 31.....5 months since I touched a machine.....probably 18 months since I've touched a barbell or dumbbell. Ultimately want to lose 2 more inches off my waist but don't care if it takes even a full year. Just enjoying ramping up the volume on push ups specifically and setting challenges for myself like 500 and 1000 push up reps for time. This month was about volume.....and my chest IS bigger. April is about quality, slow reps and isometrics within sets.....a real focus on time under tension.
