3 months of daily calisthenics.....48 years old
Still mainly working on getting my volume up. About 2/3 of the way through the month I cut out neutral grip pull-ups in favor of Australian. Pull ups have always killed my elbow joints. Maybe if I was like 150 pounds I could pull it off. Totally enjoying Australian and plan to go crazy with the volume on them as well as push-ups. Zero cardio. Fasting between 16 and 23 hours a day. Can't imagine why I would ever not. Still wanting to lose at least 1.5 inches from my waist but I am in absolutely no rush. I don't even care if it takes six months. The main goal now is just getting volume up.
