Powerlifter to Calisthenics half way point
Probably almost 2 years back I posted the first video where I titled it "powerlifter to bodybuilder transformation". It never really got rolling and I kind of got distracted. But in the last six months things have changed. I've been doing daily fasting for pretty much all of 2017. Sometimes 18 to 20 hours a day. Sometimes 23 hours a day. I feast at night like a king. Each day I wake up leaner and feeling younger. Recently had a real bad time with my back and decided I needed to change up my training plan completely. Have gone entirely to calisthenics and weighted calisthenics. Combined with daily fasting so far the results have been phenomenal. Over the last six or seven years I've really been putting together a program that works for 40+ males. I think I've just about got it perfected. Going for another testosterone check in a couple days. Pretty sure it's going to match or exceed the last based on how I feel.
