Backstretch working miracles

Just started experimenting with this stretch I made up recently. It is quickly reducing the pain in my lower back. At first I was not able to go down very far but within a matter of a week I could get pretty low. I've had herniated discs and pinched nerves for about 25 years. But I think my recent round of back pain was at least 50% due to chronically tense muscles. This seems to be working it out quick.
