Easy rolling in bed or on yoga mat
The elusive obvious, moves we need many times every day. Which sport addresses that specifically? Certainly none. But this is where the Feldenkrais Method is strong.
Get enough sleep, eat plenty of carbs, green leafy vegetables and good sugar directly from fruits. Stay away from processed and animal foodstuffs. Stop doing drugs: cut the fat, cut cigarettes, cut alcohol, cut coffee.
Approach Feldenkrais lessons with the same diligence like yoga people approach their sun salutation, five tibetans, bikram yoga routine, tai chi routine, etc.: pick a Feldenkrais lesson and do this lesson often. Do it every day for a couple of weeks. E.g. AY#13 Buttocks, or AY#215 Supine on all fours, or San Francisco Evening classes, etc
