Could standing up be any easier?
From sitting all the way up to standing, and down again, and up again, and down again and up again, BUT IT'S EASY! Come join me here on Youtube, study essential movements with me.
Position your feet close to the chair, almost under your pelvis, to make it easier, mechanically speaking. Your knees may move out over your toes, so does your nose :) however, that's not the point of the video. The main message here is this: the power to stand up should mainly come from your glutes, and then also, of course, from your hamstrings, and also from your quads, and VMO knee muscles, ankles, toes, etc. But that would be too much detail for one minute. Also, position your arms wherever you like. Have fun experimenting!
