Feet Up Crunch
Lying on your back with your knees up at 90° place your hands behind your head with only light fingertip pressure. Be sure not to pull on your neck. Exhale and contract your abs as you bring shoulders off the floor. Press your low back down and think about pulling your belly button towards your spine. Pause at the top of the movement, then return to the center.
