Isolated Plank Jack
To perform his exercise make sure you keep your abdominals engaged and your hips in a neutral position. Going into a plank position and set your hands underneath your shoulders. From here alternate your feet bringing your knee up towards your elbow with your leg slightly rotated out. Then return a starting position and repeat on the other side.
