Excuses. The biggest derailer there are of any transformation journey. What my path has taught me is that there is no excuse (nearly none) that is big enough to keep you from training. If your arm is injured, train your legs and abs. If your legs are injured, get to the gym with a walking stick if you have too and train your upper body. Whatever your pain or problem it can and never must deter you from training what you still can. Train, even if you end up just doing a stretch routine. Regular training release higher levels HGH and testosterone. But bottom line, get your ass to the gym and train what you can.
Only when your doctor gives you a sicknote, are you allowed off-time.
Life is pain princess and anyone trying to tell you differently is trying to sell you something or they are lying. And THAT is the bottom line. Accept pain and keep steaming on – wisely! Consistency is what breeds results, not (!) excuses…
