Over 50 training - KEY exercise for growth #SHORTS
The exercise that will have the single biggest contribution to whole upper body growth is the WIDE ARM BACK PULL UPS. I can testify to this statement. Not so easy to master for beginners though. But make a huge effort to master it even if it means you can only pull yourself up by an inch for the 8 reps. In a week or two you force out 2 inches and in another 2 weeks 3 inches until your reach full motion after 2-3 months. Remember guys – nothing worth having in life comes easy. All good things take great effort!
You WILL reap the benefits with strong back, wide shoulders and increase in whole upper body size and level of impressiveness. It is a hardcore move best done in the beginning of your routine when you still have a lot of energy and power. And believe me it is a great feeling to have to ability to lift yourself up like that. #SHORTS
