Blueberry NiceCream
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-1 tbsp almond butter
-1/8 cup almond or coconut milk
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Brownie Granola
-3 cups rolled oats
-⅓ cup cocoa powder
-½ cup maple syrup
-¼ cup coconut oil
-½ cup almond milk
-½ cup chopped almonds
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.
Caramel brownie protein bars
Ingredients:
LAYER 1 (brownie)
-1 & 1/2 cups almond flour
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
LAYER 2 (peanut butter caramel)
-2/3 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 cup vegan protein powder
LAYER 3
-2/3 cup melted dark chocolate
Mix all ingredients for Layer 1, press into a pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool while you mix the ingredients for Layer 2. Pour the caramel onto the brownie and freeze for 30 minutes. Then top with melted dark chocolate, freeze for 30 more minutes and enjoy the best healthy treat!
