what i EAT in a week to LOSE WEIGHT | intermittent fasting, my secret bing and baozi recipe
hi this is a what i eat in a week: suffering because of intermittent fasting. JK, it actually wasn't that bad because for the first time i wasn't late to school and i also lost some 7 pounds on the side!

Chive and Egg Bing Recipe (serves 4)
Dough Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cups flour
- 1 and 1/3 cups any milk/water
- 1 tbsp yeast
Filling Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 bundle of chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white or black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- mix dough ingredients and put it in the dough machine set at the option for dough for 90 minutes
- OR if you don't have a dough machine, let 1 tbsp yeast sit in 1/3 cup warm water for 10 minutes, then mix it with 2 and 1/2 cups flour and 1 cup milk/water, and then let sit for 1-2 hours
- knead dough and section off into smaller circles (I did 4 pieces for 4 bing)
- roll each piece until 1/3 cm thick
- add 4-5 scoops of filling
- wrap by pleating edges together and pinch together in the middle
- heat pan to low heat and start flattening bing as much as you can on the pan
- heat for 5-7 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes
- cut into small pieces and enjoy :)
Baozi Recipe (serves 4)
Dough Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 and 1/2 cup milk/water
- 1 tbsp yeast
Filling Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white or black pepper
- onion powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10 celery sticks blended and barely strained (optional)
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
Instructions:
- mix dough ingredients and put in dough machine set at the option for dough for 90 minutes
- OR if you don't have a dough machine, let 1 tbsp yeast sit in 1/4 cup warm water for 10 min and then mix it with 3 cups flour and 1 and 1/4 cups milk/water, then let sit for 1-2 hours
- when dough is almost done, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- for filling, in a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the veggies and mix at least 100 times
- then add veggies and mix together
- knead dough and section off into smaller circles for each baozi (I made around 30)
- roll out each piece until they are quite thin
- put filling in middle and wrap by pleating edges together and twisting them all in the middle
- set baozi in a pan (you may need several) lined with parchment paper
- TURN OFF oven and put baozi in for 10 minutes to let yeast activate
- take baozi out of oven and steam them for 15-17 minutes
- remove baozi and ENJOY :)
