In this video I do another one of Lilly Sabri’s programs & show you everything I eat while tracking my calories as a little experiment!

Banana/Spinach Pancakes:

2 small ripe bananas
1 egg
1/2 oats
1 cup flour
2 cups spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
-Add all ingredients to blender & blend on high (except the flour and oats).
-Pour batter onto hot surface and cook both sides for 2-3 mins.
Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies:

(changed up the recipe a little bit to give it a more cookie like consistency)
1 1/2 cup of chickpeas
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
lots of chocolate chips
1 cup any type of flour
-Set oven to 350 degrees
-Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender (except chocolate chips)
-Mix in chocolate chips
-Bake for about 12-15 minutes
