BROWNIE OATMEAL RECIPE:
~1/2 or 1 cup oats 
~1/2 almond milk 
~1 tbsp cocoa powder
~1 tsp coconut oil for extra creamy texture 
~1 tbsp maple syrup 
~1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds

MY MASHED BANANA OATS RECIPE:
-½ cup oats
-½ cup almond milk
-1 banana
-1 tbsp of vanilla yogurt
-1 tbsp flaxseed
-1 tsp coconut oil

Topping Ideas:
-Frozen fruit
-Banana slices
-Chocolate chips
-Peanut butter
-maple syrup
